Return an Item | Christmas Tree Hill

If you are not satisfied with your Christmas Tree Hill order, you may return the merchandise within 20 days after delivery date.

Return Item(s) for a Refund

Follow these steps to expedite the returns process:

1. Include Proof of Purchase - We require a proof of purchase to complete a refund.
Option 1 - Use the Packing List sent with your shipment.
Option 2 - Print a copy of your order confirmation with order number clearly displayed.

2. Tell Us Why You Are Returning the Item(s) - Please write a reason for your return on the packing list or order confirmation.

3. Request a UPS return shipping label - Email a request for a UPS return shipping label to Return shipping is $9.95 per package and will be deducted from the refund. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email to expedite this process.

If you choose not to use our prepaid UPS return shipping label, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Ship returns to Christmas Tree Hill Returns, 2801 South George Street, York, PA 17403.

4. Print your UPS return shipping label and prepare your package - We require proof of purchase to complete a refund. Include your return item and packing list or order confirmation. Securely pack the item(s) that you are returning using the original package if possible.

5. Ship Your Package - Take your package to a UPS drop box, store, or driver. Find a UPS location.

Important: Please note that we cannot issue refunds until we receive the returned item(s). Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund. Return shipping charges are deducted from the refund prior to debiting your account. Only applicable taxes will be refunded. Please note that shipping charges on the original shipment are not refundable.

Return Item(s) for an Exchange

Follow these steps to expedite the exchange process:

1. Please complete the above returns process to obtain your UPS return shipping label.

2. Once you have your UPS return shipping label, please place another order on for the item(s) that you wish to get instead.

3. Email us your new order number after you receive your order confirmation and we will waive the cost of the return label ($9.95). Shipping charges will still apply on the new order.

4. We will fulfill and ship your new order within the current shipping window. Visit our FAQ page for more information on the fulfillment and the current shipping window.

Return Item(s) from Outside the Continental 48 US States

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any order shipped outside of the Continental 48 US States.

Return Policy Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned and are considered final once purchased. Where applicable, this will be noted in the specifications section of the item page.
